Is a leading global FMCG production and sales organization, located in the Utrecht region.
About the role
We are currently looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Manager for our client. In this role you will lead a team of 14 Customer Service Representatives.
In this role you represent Service Management for one of the business groups in the Netherlands. Together with your team you ensure an excellent customer experience and service.
You will report to the Regional Service Management Director.
What you will do
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop the team and organization to deliver the highest quality;
- Develop, implement and maintain indicators in order to assure excellence in customer service;
- Drives a proactive approach to right first-time service and conflict resolution;
- Contribute to secure best possible service levels at competitive distribution costs;
- Liaise with functional and operational area managers (for example sales, marketing, finance, supply) to deliver smooth end-to-end order to cash process;
- Develop/monitor the maintenance of operating systems (SAP etc.) including policies, procedures, operating structure and information flow.
- Represents Service Management within and outside the organization.
What you will bring
We’re looking for candidates who aren’t afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment and move at a fast pace. Of course you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and organising efficient and accurate order processes.
Furthermore you have/are:
- A master’s or bachelor’s degree;
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar management position;
- A proven ability to lead and motivate teams, both on-site and virtually;
- The ability to influence and collaborate in a matrix structure, gaining support from teams without formal authority or direct leadership;
- Experience with aligning team objectives with business objectives;
- Experience in Project Management;
- Ambition to make next career steps into a more international setting;
- The ability to deal with ambiguity and change;
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
